Refund and Returns Policy
At BSS IT Solutions, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We aim to provide high-quality laptops, computer accessories, and IT products. If you experience any issues with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process clear and fair.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not working properly upon delivery.
- The product received is different from the item ordered.
- The return request is made within 3 to 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
- Not show signs of physical damage caused after delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Items with missing packaging, accessories, or serial numbers.
- Products that have been used, installed, or modified.
- Software, digital products, or items sold on special discount or clearance (unless defective).
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method or another agreed method.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
Exchange Policy
If the product is defective or damaged, we may offer:
- Replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange for another product of equal value.
Warranty Products
Many laptops and IT products come with a manufacturer warranty. In such cases, customers may need to contact the official brand service center for warranty claims after the return period has expired.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
