Design

Coming up in the Arctic grey aesthetic, the laptop has a display screen that measures 15.6 inches. The panels are constructed from ABS plastic, keeping the IdeaPad Slim 3 light and easy to carry all around the day. It is 0.70 inches thin and weighs 1.6kg respectively.

13^th Gen Core i5 Processor

Fitted with the latest and greatest Intel Core i5 13420H Raptor Lake Processor, which is optimized to handle high-density computing operations often required by business professionals. The package comes with a total set of 8 cores with half of them being directed towards the performance aspect and the remaining ones towards the efficiency side of the device.

The performance is clocked at a base clock frequency of 1.5 GHz, which is to overclock itself to a max clock frequency of 3.4 GHz, using Intel’s Turbo Boost Technology. This is done to make sure that the system can handle multicore applications flawlessly. The power consumption roams between 45 watts and 95 watts, all thanks to the efficiency cores.

It also integrates itself with Intel’s integrated UHD graphics, which offer Max graphical dynamic frequency of 1.40 GHz. This allows the notebook to support applications that often require minor graphical support to function.

Memory and Storage

The onboard LPDDR5 soldered memory setup comes with a capacity of 8 GB, which provides a memory transfer rate of 4800 MT/s. It ensures that the notebook can handle multitasking proficiently.

The storage is a 2242 PCIe® Gen 4.0×4 NVMe M.2 Solid State Drive, packing 512 GB. Belonging to the 4th generation, it offers fast read and write speeds, which provide launch and boot times for the files and the operating system respectively. The storage capacity is also upgradeable.

Display

The main center of attraction is the 15.6-inch diagonal IPS display, which comes seasoned to display at a resolution of Full HD 1920 x 1080, so displaying high-definition content over it is not a problem On top of that it offers a maximum attainable brightness of 300 nits, which makes it usable in almost every condition either bright or dark. The surface of the panel is coated with an Anti-glare coating that prevents light from reflecting which often interrupts one’s use.

Battery

The notebook is offered with an integrated battery which is responsible for fueling the device on the go, it packs a capacity of 47 Wh which then can be recharged using the 65W Round Tip (3-pin) AC Adapter.

Keyboard and Trackpad

Being a Lenovo laptop, it assures that the keyboard is exceptional to type on, in this case, it is a full-size Non-backlit, English (UK) keyboard, and a Buttonless Mylar® surface multi-touch touchpad that supports Precision TouchPad (PTP).
